Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) form part of the terms governing use of the Genius Parenting AI platform (“Platform”). By creating an account or accessing the Platform, the user confirms agreement to abide by these Guidelines. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of the user’s account.

1. Respect for Others

The user must treat all members with courtesy and respect. Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or personal attacks of any kind are strictly prohibited. Debate and disagreement are permitted but must remain constructive and civil.

2. Responsible Content Sharing

The user must not submit, post, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, violent, sexually explicit, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Spam, scams, misleading promotions, or attempts to exploit or manipulate other users are prohibited. The user is solely responsible for ensuring that any content posted does not infringe upon the rights of others.

3. Privacy Protection

The user must not disclose another individual’s personal or confidential information without explicit consent. This includes addresses, phone numbers, financial data, or private communications. The user is encouraged to protect their own privacy and exercise caution before disclosing personal information on the Platform.

4. Specific Community Rules

• Authenticity: The user must not impersonate others or create false accounts for deceptive purposes.
• Age Requirements: The user must meet the minimum legal age requirement (or have verified parental consent where required).
• No Commercial Exploitation: The user must not use the Platform for unauthorized advertising, sales, or commercial schemes.
• No Harmful Activity: The user must not promote self-harm, violence, illegal activity, or other dangerous conduct.
• Contribution Quality: The user must remain relevant in discussions and must not engage in spamming, flooding, or disruptive behavior.

5. Safety Tools

The Platform provides mechanisms for maintaining safety. The user may report objectionable content or block abusive accounts. All reports will be reviewed within 24 hours, and appropriate action will be taken, which may include content removal, warnings, or account restrictions.

6. Responsibilities of Members

By using the Platform, the user agrees to:

• Comply with these Guidelines in good faith.
• Use reporting and blocking tools only in a genuine manner.
• Respect the decisions and actions of the moderation team.

7. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of these Guidelines may result in one or more of the following measures, at the sole discretion of the Platform operator:

• Removal of offending content.
• Issuance of warnings or reminders.
• Temporary suspension of posting or interaction privileges.
• Permanent termination of the user’s account.

The Platform reserves the right to take any necessary measures to protect community integrity, including cooperating with legal authorities where required by law.

8. Our Commitment

The Platform is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment. Reports of objectionable content are taken seriously and will be acted upon within 24 hours. While no system can eliminate all risks, the Platform is dedicated to addressing inappropriate behavior promptly and fairly.

9. Agreement to the Guidelines

By continuing to use the Platform, the user confirms ongoing consent to these Community Guidelines, including any future updates. If the user does not agree, use of the Platform must be discontinued immediately.
